Vivo X100s Design Leak Echoes iPhone Aesthetic

Ahead of its expected release, live images of the Vivo X100s have emerged. Before the end of this month, the phone will hit the Chinese market and has sparked significant interest through numerous leaks. The latest leak, recently shared on Weibo, unveils a new package of live images showcasing its design. These images offer a clear view of the front panel of the device, revealing a centrally placed punch-hole selfie camera. It also features flat sides similar to those found on the iPhone 15 and Galaxy S24 Plus.

On its backside, the Vivo X100s keeps up with tradition by having a large circular camera housing that accommodates four sensors along with an LED flash positioned outside it’s perimeter. There is also Zeiss branding visible on this camera module.

Rumors have it that the smartphone will run on MediaTek Dimensity 9300+, an overclocked variant of Dimensity 9300. Reports indicate that it will officially debut in China alongside the phone on May 7th. Expected specs include a 15mm ultra-wide sensor, a 70mm periscope lens, a 50MP primary shooter, and a macro sensor (the same as the Vivo X100).

Vivo X100s Expected Features

The rumoured specifications suggest that the Vivo X100s could boast a 1.5K FHD+ display with a resolution of 1260×2800 pixels. It may also support wired fast charging up to 100W into a battery with a capacity of about 5000mAh. The device is expected to run Android OS version fourteen out-of-the-box, with a minimum of sixteen gigabytes of RAM at launch time. Color options may include White, Black, Cyan, Titanium, among others.
